Breast cancer survivor Claire Rickman is finally putting her illness and her divorce behind her when she suddenly finds herself caught up in a bank robbery. A reporter with a nose for a good story, Claire’s intrigued by Wilding Point’s reluctant Christmas hero, Kash Reed. He’s a Christmas hero the entire town wants to cheer for, and Claire intends to give the town what it wants. But the more Claire pursues Kash, the more he pushes her away.

Yet, the heart wants what it wants, and it doesn’t take long for both Kash and Claire to realize that what they both want is each other. They just have to find a way, to trust, to let go of their fears, and to start again.
